Join us for this event meant to center simple daily practices that can be done to help support health of mind, body & spirit. We will consider time of life and seasonal aspects along with a short explanation of Ayurveda and her timeless wisdom as well.
Please bring:
Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a notebook and writing utensil
Anything else you might need to feel comfortable.

Our studio is a fragrance-free zone. Please avoid wearing or using scented products at the studio. Natural and synthetic scents such as essential oils and scented personal care products, laundry detergents, and perfumes cause debilitating symptoms for some of our community members. Thank you for being a part of creating a more accessible space.

There are no requirements for this series. Masking is optional and we ask that you stay home if you are experiencing symptoms of illness.

"I hold A Masters of Arts in Ayurveda from the Mt. Madonna Institute and have been in private practice for many years.
Through long time study of exploring movement, energy, yoga, meditation, nature, design and the ‘science of life’, I have refined my Ayurvedic practice.
I incorporate the intuitive nature that lives inside each of us in my offerings resulting in a holistic way of being allowing for deep transcendence of mind, body and soul.
I focus on providing support and guidance as you move through many of life’s key transitions and rites of passage such as daily wellness, postpartum, peri-meno and menopause, vibrant aging, home & space and mentorship…Life’s studentship."
