Exploring the Organs

with Ali Wesley

We sometimes hear movement is good for our organs, but what's actually happening? In this workshop, we'll explore the relationships of the organs, getting to know where they are, how they function and how they move when we move and breathe. We'll use Franklin Method imagery, embodied anatomy and doable movements to feel more vital and nurturing of the structures that keep us alive.

This event is part of a larger series of anatomy workshops through 2025. You are welcome to join for one or many! See below for details on bundle pricing options.

About Ali Wesley (she/her):

Alison lives for studying what we’re made of, and brings experiential anatomy into all her yoga/movement classes. She also teaches anatomy at Oregon School of Massage, co-leads hands-on cadaver dissection + embodiment courses in Colorado Springs at the Institute for Anatomical Research and is Franklin Method Faculty.

When she’s not diving into movement, anatomy or philosophy, Alison spends precious time with her one-of-a-kind husband and their two unbelievably strong German Shepherd rescues.
