Exploring the Pelvis + Hip Joints

with Monicka Koneski

Monicka will guide you through a mini anatomy lesson about the Pelvis and hip joints. This will be followed by ample time for experiential self-study through the vehicles of guided movement, somatic meditation, self-massage, and yoga asana. Move slowly and uncover the complexity and beauty of this major hub of the body. Unlearn notions of "good" and "bad" postural habits and discover what spaciousness and stability feels like at your root.

This event is part of a larger series of anatomy workshops through 2025. You are welcome to join for one or many! See below for details on bundle pricing options.
