Unwind your tensions, rest deeply, and celebrate the connection of community. Zeyah will guide you in a slow grounding practice while Quinne lulls you with soft mediative live music. This special class is a love letter to all of you who make this community so unique and beautiful. Tea will be served at the end for a gentle transition out of practice and into the start of your week.

Instrumentalist, Quinne Salameh, will play soft piano music and meditative drum, that will lull you into a deep state of rest.
Yoga instructor, Zeyah Rogé, will blend a mix of gentle yoga, creative movement, and deep relaxation techniques to support a full release of tension.
Together, Quinne and Zeyah will weave together a beautiful experience that will transport you into a soft, peaceful state.
Covid - Safety Guidelines
Proof of vaccination is required
Consent-based unmasking: if one person needs everyone to remained masked then we all will. But if not, then each person can choose for themselves. Eyes-down poll will be taken at the beginning of class to determine how to proceed with masks.
About the Facilitators
Zeyah Rogé (She / Her, They / Them)
Zeyah is a yoga instructor and professional massage therapist with a masters in somatic psychology. Zeyah's classes weave these wisdom streams together to create a healing and grounding experience.
Quinne Salameh (She / Her)
Quinne is an instrumentalist who enjoys combining heart felt piano melodies with the soft mediative
drumming. When she's not playing music, she is a social worker by day and graces Portland stages with her on-point stand up comedy by night.
