In this four week series, lara pacheco will guide you in Concentrating the Hun and Training the Po Qigong Form. lara was taught by Master Liu He of the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School and with permission, will be offering this form for those interested in harmonizing between the spirit of the Liver (associated with the Hun) and the spirit of the Lungs (associated with the Po).
Each week participants can expect to learn a new movement to build on the previous, some guided meditation, and end the series having this practice with them as we move into the season of Spring. lara will also have tea to offer at the beginning of each session to help us make this seasonal shift.
Once participants register, you will be encouraged to purchase an accompanying booklet or e-booklet through the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School. Information is provided once registered on where to access this.
