Self Care: Embracing the Shadow

Self Massage, Somatic Movement & Internal Connection

As we shift into the deep of winter, what shadow awareness is making themselves known? In similar fashion to Catherine's previous workshop, Grow In Season, the aim here is to embrace the inherent slow down; to tune into the deeply intuitive and shadow knowledge that comes with the arrival of deep winter. During our time, we will sink into meditation, collective song, self massage and letter-writing to the shadow self / our inner child.
