About Newsha Rostampour (she/her)


With over 14 years of yoga teaching experience and a lifelong background in gymnastics and breakdancing, Newsha brings a dynamic and supportive approach to guiding students into inversions. Whether you’re a beginner taking your first steps into headstands or an experienced yogi refining your handstand, this workshop offers tools and techniques for all levels.
