Yoga Nidra for Dreams, Shadows, + The Dark

Take the whole series or drop-in as your schedule allows.

Nurture yourself with potent yoga nidra during this season of darkness. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation that takes you to the parasympathetic state, where deep rest and healing can happen. Rita’s nidras are infused with poetry, crystals, and journaling to integrate.

These upcoming nidras can be taken as a series or you can drop-in. Read on to learn about each one:

October 3rd & 10th offer nidras for dreaming.

These sessions will also come with suggestions for crystals that can support dreams and sleep.

November 21st offers a nidra for the shadows.

Rita will share a card from the oracle deck Wisdom of the Shadow. The nidra will be unique, as students can co-create it by sharing words that resonate for them, as well as what the oracle card inspires. After the nidra there will be time to integrate with journaling or visual art of your choosing.

December 5th & 19th offer nidras for winter rest

Slow down and connect to your breath with beautiful seasonal imagery and optional distant reiki.

Full-series participants: Along with the 5 weekly livestream yoga nidra classes, you will receive suggestions for incorporating crystals into your nidra practice and access to nidra recordings for your home practice until January 1.

Drop-in students are welcome, please register for the specific session you wish to join.Drop-in students do not receive access to recordings.
